If you have a septic system or sewer line malfunction, the first thing you need is a rapid response – and all that takes is a phone call to Samson Septic & Excavating. We’ll be out promptly to determine what the issue is.
Our Pro-Built PB 2000 Inspection Camera has a locator that facilitates the process of finding all the elements of your septic system or sewer line. Then we use the camera itself, mounted on a flexible fiber-optic cable, as a diagnostic device to help us find and identify the problem.
If you have a tank that has failed because of a break or a crack, we will replace your tank. In addition, we might have to replace the septic pipe, i.e., the conveyance line from the tank to the absorption area, which can be damaged if someone drives a vehicle over it.
Similarly, if your sewer pipe is cracked or broken, Samson Septic & Excavating will dig it up and replace the damaged section.
If you have a pump septic system, Samson Septic & Excavating also examines the pump to determine whether it needs to be replaced. We check the distribution box in the leach field for a possible need for replacement, as well as the piping laterals or networks that distribute the effluent throughout your leach field. With our sophisticated camera, we can find exactly where everything is.
While we’re there, our expert technicians also check to see whether any updates are needed to bring your system up to current code requirements. If you plan to sell your property, the law requires that the septic system meet code before your municipality will issue a certificate of occupancy.
As codes are updated continually, we advise you to make any code-required improvements as requirements change – and a perfect time to do that is when we’re already onsite handling a repair.
Should you need assistance in diagnosing or repairing a malfunctioning septic system or sewer line, contact us. We’ll get there right away to help you.
